Timing
Through the use of IPICO RFID hardware and customized software, RF Timing provides real-time timing services. Timing includes use of PA system, clock, finish chutes, overall & age group result reports at the race site, online result posting and (optional) finisher’s certificates & links to your site. Timing crew will require event registration and race day volunteers, number to be determined by size of event. Timing service is subject to availability (we promise never to overbook ourselves); we will recommend other timing services if this situation occurs. Website, Race Entry and RF-Race-Cart services will always be available to you!

Website
RFtiming will secure a domain, create a totally custom content management race website, including art, and offer to make changes or updates as needed, results will be posted to the site and site will be linked for online registration to RF-Race-Cart or the registration site of your choice.

Add a professionally created entry form or post card including art charges and our invaluable knowledge, for an additional fee. This includes suggestions for printing, mailing and distribution.

RF-Race-Cart
The complete registration solution, at the lowest price in the industry. Includes control panel access for instant access to participant data for you at any time - race directors love to see registration numbers going up daily! Service includes mail in and race weekend data entry. (We may ask for volunteer data entry help race day but only if it’s a short event, 5 or 10K, with a huge late entry!)

Online Results Posting
After your race, we will provide you with an electronic copy of your race results that you can post on your website and we will post on our RF Timing site as well. This will be made available to you with 24 hours of the race finishing.
